• Physical goods (e.g., planners, journals)

2. Payments

All payments are securely processed via Stripe, PayPal, or other trusted providers. Prices are listed in GBP.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Physical products (e.g., planners) are shipped within [2–5 business days]. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout. We are not responsible for postal delays once an item has been dispatched.

4. Refunds & Returns

• Digital products: Non-refundable once delivered.
• Physical goods: You may return unused planners within 14 days of delivery for a refund (buyer covers return postage). Contact us before returning items.
• Damaged/faulty items will be replaced or refunded.

All content and designs (including planner layouts) are protected by copyright and may not be copied, resold, or distributed.
