Thank you for shopping with Phoenix Reborn Ltd. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we process, package, and deliver your physical orders.


Processing & Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days of purchase.

During busy periods (such as product launches, holidays, or promotions), dispatch times may be slightly longer, but we will always aim to keep you informed by email if delays occur.


Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Standard Shipping (Royal Mail or Courier Service):

  • Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days from dispatch
  • Includes tracking (where available)
  • A flat-rate shipping fee is added at checkout unless stated otherwise

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are based on weight, order size, and your selected shipping method. We offer:

  • Flat rate shipping for most UK orders

We do not currently offer international shipping, but plan to expand soon.


Delivery Issues

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated time:

  1. Please first check your tracking information (if provided).
  2. If there are any issues or delays beyond the expected timeframe, email us at contact@phoenixreborn.uk, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of order. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels delayed or lost due to an incorrect address.


Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
  • Email us at contact@phoenixreborn.uk with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging.

We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate.


Pre-Orders

If you’re ordering a pre-order item, dispatch and delivery times will be noted on the product page. Orders that include both pre-order and in-stock items may be held and shipped together unless otherwise arranged.
