• Monitor your macronutrient and calorie targets (if you decide you want to view this information)
• Log your progress and body measurements
• Receive updates and messages directly from your coach
• Stay accountable with weekly check-ins

You can access Foodzilla on desktop or mobile — anytime, anywhere.

How It Works

1. You’ll receive a personal invitation link by email once you have become a Premium Member
2. Create your client account in under two minutes.
3. Once you’re logged in, you’ll be able to:
   • Access your meal plan and any shared resources
   • Log your food and add optional notes or photos
   • Track weight, progress photos, or other agreed metrics
   • Message me directly for questions or support
